1. Who we are
MyFinance Studio is an online invoicing and business management service operated by Luda Digital. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.
2. Information we collect
- Account information - your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
- Business information - business names, addresses, VAT numbers, bank details and branding you add while setting up.
- Customer data - details of your customers (names, emails, addresses) that you enter to create invoices.
- Payment information - subscription and invoice payments are processed by PayFast; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data - basic technical logs used to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the service: creating and sending invoices, estimates, credit notes and receipts.
- To process and reconcile payments via PayFast.
- To send you service and payment-reminder emails you've enabled.
- To support your account and keep the service secure.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information.
- We do not use your business data for advertising.
- We do not read your invoices beyond what's needed to operate the service or support you.
5. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are securely hashed, payment secrets are encrypted, and two-factor authentication is available on your account. Regular backups are performed and reasonable technical measures protect your data from unauthorised access.
6. Third parties
We rely on PayFast to process card and instant-EFT payments. PayFast receives the payment details required to complete a transaction under its own privacy policy. We do not pass your data to any other third party.
7. Your rights
