Payment methods
Enable one or more payment methods under Settings → Payment methods. Each one appears on the public invoice view giving your customers more ways to pay.
PayFast (card & instant EFT)
PayFast lets customers pay by credit/debit card or instant EFT directly from the invoice. Payments are confirmed automatically via PayFast's ITN system and the invoice status updates in real time. See the PayFast setup guide for full details.

QR code payments
Upload QR code images for the payment methods your customers already use. These display alongside the invoice total so customers can scan and pay from their phone.
- EFT QR — Your bank's EFT QR code for direct bank transfers
- SnapScan — Your SnapScan merchant QR code
- Zapper — Your Zapper merchant QR code
To set these up, get the QR code image from your bank or payment provider, then upload it under Settings → Payment methods. Toggle the method on and your invoices will show the QR code automatically.
Banking details (EFT)
Enter your bank name, account number, branch code and payment reference under Settings → Banking details. This information appears on every invoice so customers can pay by manual EFT.
Email (SMTP)
MyFinance Studio can send invoices, payment reminders and receipts by email. You can use the server default or configure your own SMTP settings. See the SMTP setup guide for field-by-field instructions.
Data import
Moving from spreadsheets or another tool? Use the Import page to bulk-import customers, products, invoices, estimates and expenses from CSV files. The importer maps your columns automatically and validates every row before importing. See the data import guide for a step-by-step walkthrough.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA under Settings → Security for an extra layer of protection on your account. Once enabled, you'll need both your password and a code from your authenticator app to sign in.
MyFinance Studio is designed to work out of the box with no integrations required. All the above are optional extras that let you customise your workflow.
